Build your inner strength and find full body bliss in a class fit for any level yogi. In fact, if you’ve never done yoga but want to heal chronic pain and restriction, this class is most definitely for you.


When core muscles (front and back!) are overworking or underworking, the whole body becomes imbalanced, causing pain in the neck, shoulders, hips, and low back. Through breath-work, specialized abdominal work, and long holds in yoga poses, we'll build inner heat; wake up and strengthen the core; and actively stretch and release hips, shoulders, and neck!
