It's convenient that I forget I have a phone altogether sometimes, often forgetting it when I leave my house and frequently forgetting where I've placed it when I'm in my house. What I've also found interesting in recent months, as I've been dealing with a dip into depression, is that I've also been scrolling far more frequently than I usually do. I noticed the scrolling creating a feedback loop of depression. Something to consider for those of us who might be prone to feeling down frequently and looking for escapism. My experience is the outcome of scrolling is not much of an escape at all. Thanks for sharing, Alexis!

I have always been downright floored at how outrageously accurate my chart is and incredibly spot on my experiences of life are with the astrology of the moment.

Thank you for this reminder. I find that bringing myself back to this when I feel myself getting judgy about somebody else's choices or political opinions. I'm not totally sure how directly this relates, but it certainly does create a different lens through which to view opposition.

Yes. There is a lot of reconciling I feel like I have to do, and I am guessing many generations before ours had these similar issues as the world progressed. I certainly want to be progressing with it, and every now and again, that programming slips out. And there are times when it's not appropriate. "Make peace with the dynamic environment you were in where it made sense" - this! This is something that I will also have consider. Being on a reaction channel is very dangerous for someone who is concerned with the possibility of offending people. I even become uneasy if someone in the video I'm reacting to makes a joke that could be construed by some populations as offensive and I laugh or do anything other than call out the offensive joke... Thanks for your thoughtfulness on this topic. Big help!

Interesting: "I don't think that makes us any less authentic, but, actually, far more human." I guess I hadn't really thought of the fact that we humans are always navigating this stuff interpersonally. I think I am feeling unsafe in some of these environments because the audience is much more anonymous and unknown. That's why I am trying to build this resilience...but, man! It's really scary! Yay!! Welcome to the new format! So glad you're here! I agree about the insomnia. Carrie may know if there is something going on in the stars that might be causing that. I tried so many things to get to sleep and finally just accepted. I've had a good day and am about to wrap up now, but boy, I haven't felt this way since my harder party days. Which....weren't THAT long ago, but at least then there was something to point as a reason for staying up all night! haha!
